Landscape is a language of its own. Once In A Blue Moon Farm is a celebration of eclectic and sustainable farming. You will not find rows of crops or organized orchards. We are a boutique farm, not on the scale of a commercial organic farm growing commercial cultivars or varieties found in larger markets. We are willing to risk and experiment growing and testing varieties some consider not commercially viable. Therefore our farm offers a palate of rare and unusual edibles from around the world. Thus, we can bring a dynamic taste and texture to any table. As the years pass, our range of fruits, veggies, herbs, and farm products are constantly changing. Every new year we continue our tradition of planting more trees and seeds to provide a little more of the tastes the world has to offer.
